Structure Features :
The mechanical seal of type HU2 is in accord with the standards of ISO 3096; DIN 24960, and GB6556, and has the feature of good interchange to replace the imported mechanical sealing parts, such as 59u. M7N etc. The auxiliary sealing in according to the client’s requirements, rubber O-ring, or PTFE V-ring, PTFE wedge (w) can be selected according to different conditions. Integrating the driving of non-axial driving sleeves with multi-springs compensates unbalanced structure. The parts of the rotating ring can be assembled together in advance. It can be mounted conveniently.
Sub-materials of friction and auxiliary materials should be selected according to operation conditions.

A: First, identify the optimal configuration (single or double seal) according to the process fluid. Then verify operating parameters — pressure, temperature and shaft speed — to select the appropriate seal type and materials. Lastly, confirm available installation dimensions, and opt for either a component or cartridge seal subject to customer requirements and relevant standards. Seal selection is normally carried out by qualified technicians.
A: For mechanical seals that have been stored for a long period: we can grind the rotating and stationary rings, replace secondary sealing O-rings, conduct air tightness testing and issue the pressure test report.
We can provide on-site installation guidance service. For failed mechanical seals, we are able to deliver failure analysis reports.
A: Yes, repairs are available. Depending on the damage condition of the mechanical seal, we classify the overhaul into Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 repair.
