Product Description:
HRL-3110 heat exchanger is used to cool the circulating fluid in the sealing system. Designed as a tubular heat exchanger, the HRL-3110 is characterized by its high cooling power and compact structure.
Structure Features:
Circulating liquid passes directly through the shell side and cooling water passes through the pipe side. The heat exchanger can be installed horizontally or vertically. After opening the end cover, the cooling and circulating media areas can be cleaned (Use the appropriate cleaning solvent).
Operating Range:
Shell design pressure: 110Bar
Design capacity: 1.8L
Design pressure of tube: 25Bar
Design capacity: 0.7L
Design temperature: 150°C
Heat exchange area: 0.5m2

We maintain close communication with clients to guarantee all finished products satisfy operational and environmental requirements.
A: First, identify the optimal configuration (single or double seal) according to the process fluid. Then verify operating parameters — pressure, temperature and shaft speed — to select the appropriate seal type and materials. Lastly, confirm available installation dimensions, and opt for either a component or cartridge seal subject to customer requirements and relevant standards. Seal selection is normally carried out by qualified technicians.
A: For mechanical seals that have been stored for a long period: we can grind the rotating and stationary rings, replace secondary sealing O-rings, conduct air tightness testing and issue the pressure test report.
We can provide on-site installation guidance service. For failed mechanical seals, we are able to deliver failure analysis reports.
A: Yes, repairs are available. Depending on the damage condition of the mechanical seal, we classify the overhaul into Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 repair.
