Structure Features :
Single end face, multi-spring, balanced, bi-directional rotation, stationary spring design, drive by set screws.
The stationary spring structure adapts to high-speed operating conditions. Springs are isolated from process medium to prevent clogging. Piston-type design accommodates axial shaft float. Separately pre-assembled rotating and stationary rings enable easy installation and stable performance. Its double end face counterpart is the SE2 series mechanical seal.
This series of mechanical seals can replace equivalent JC Safematic models.

Seal selection is normally carried out by qualified technicians.
A: For mechanical seals that have been stored for a long period: we can grind the rotating and stationary rings, replace secondary sealing O-rings, conduct air tightness testing and issue the pressure test report.
We can provide on-site installation guidance service. For failed mechanical seals, we are able to deliver failure analysis reports.
A: Yes, repairs are available. Depending on the damage condition of the mechanical seal, we classify the overhaul into Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 repair.
