HQCT mechanical seal is a cartridge seal, the spring does not contact the medium and can be widely used in working conditions containing foreign particles. It has two types of seals: single-end face and double-end face. HQCT-SE is a single-face seal with a flushing interface, HQCT-QE is a single-face seal with pressure-less quenching, the same design as HQCT-SE, with a lip skeleton oil seal on the atmospheric side, and a sealed end cap with flushing Interface and quench interface.

Structure Features :

HQCT-DE is a double-face seal, which is balanced in both directions (the seal remains closed when the isolation pressure is reduced or the pressure is reversed), requiring the use of an isolation fluid system without the need for an additional circulation device.

Operating Range:

Mediums: Oil, water, acid, alkali, salt, and other corrosive mediums.

Pressure: ≤1.2Mpa

Temperature: ≤-40℃~200℃

Linear Speed: ≤10m/s
